Our engineers will carry out key preventative maintenance whilst on site. This will ensure that the machine is functioning to exacting standards and will eliminate faults before they happen. Our engineers work to very high standards and have been fully trained by the manufacturers of the equipment we install.
Our administration office records all faults off the engineers report sheet, which gives us a clear and concise record of the machine we are maintaining and its history. Through this we can deal quickly and efficiently with any fault that may occur thus saving you valuable time. It also allows continuity should a different engineer have to visit your site.
*During the Agreement we will provide Technical Service for the Equipment between the times agreed. Technical Service will include:
- Attendance to any Equipment breakdown as required
- To supply and fit replacement parts needed due to fair wear and tear
- To carry out regular preventative maintenance.
*Technical Service does not include:
- Maintenance/service calls which are necessary because of vandalism, theft, accident, ingredient adjustments, price alterations and water or power supply interruptions
- Service which is necessary because You have not looked after the Equipment properly, or followed the manufacturer's instructions
- The cost of water filters, carbon dioxide bottles, fluorescent tubes, hygiene parts and replacement of the coin mechanism because of changes in the coins
- The cost of moving the Equipment to a different location.
