BVS tailor our Vendcover agreements to suit our customer requirements. Our experienced, manufacturer certified team of Engineers are in communication with the customer care desk at all times and can therefore respond to calls in minimal time. Once your equipment has been installed we will track all calls logged and can therefore produce reports on 1st time fix rate, service response time and parts replaced. As part of the Vendcover agreement, Engineers also carry out regular preventative maintenance to reduce technical fault reports and maximise machine up time.
If you do not have one of our Vendcover agreements, BVS will also respond to emergency one-off call outs
