BVS were awarded the vending contract at Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2014. In the three years BVS have been servicing the contract we have the found them to be an honest and reliable Welsh vending company. They have provided an exceptional service across 28 machines across the University.
-Andrew Phelps, Catering & Hospitality Service Manager, Cardiff Metropolitan University-
The contract has been delivered successfully since installation. The initial communication of the mobilisation ensured a smooth and successful installation. The ongoing review of the management information by the Account Manager ensures BVS are pro-actively looking at performance and continual improvement. We have also seen an increase in revenue across all machines and especially hot drinks sales are projected to approximately 25-30% higher than previous incumbent in the first year, based on current performance data.
-Les Carmichael, Catering Manager, Swansea University-
What I like is that whether it is the senior management, accounts manager or the on site service engineer Bulk Vending are always professional in their approach, quick to respond to change and get the essential jobs done quickly and effectively which maintains a very good out of hours service, I would strongly recommend this company to any business big or small
-Steve Barnard, Cwm Taf Health Board-
An honest and reliable vending company who won’t promise what they can’t deliver and always deliver what they promise!
-Karen Spiller, Midshire Catering-
Whilst healthy vending options have proven to be a challenge for all involved (most notably the range & acceptable pricing ranges), BVS has continually worked with Pembrokeshire Leisure to provide the best possible product range in order to meet both our & the needs of the customers.
-Gary Nicholas, Pembrokeshire Leisure-
Communication and support from our account manager has been invaluable to the successful installation roll out within schools, and the engineer maintenance support has proved to be reliable and flexible with the business needs.
